We consult in key areas of people strategy including performance management, employee engagement, change leadership and trasnformation, aligning culture and business strategy. Our learning interventions cover key topics of interest such as emotional intelligence, interviewing techniques, executive presence, team building and innovation. We deliver these through bite-sized seminars, experiential classroom and outdoor workshops, small group programs and 1-on-1 coaching. We specialize in working with global tools and frameworks including the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Thomas-Kilman Conflict Mode Instrument, Crucial Conversations, Intercultural Development Inventory and Intercultural Conflict Styles.
