The project consists of two towers – 500 feet high, 165 feet apart. Connecting the two towers, at a height of 400 feet, is Deya.
Deya – which means cloud in Bengali – is a steel sculpture that will serve as a community space for a very special neighbourhood in the sky. A 100 meters in length, and consisting of 4 levels of activity, the structure commands a 360-degree view of the wetlands stretching before it and will feature multiple swimming pools, a gym, spas, a squash court, a basketball court and a putting green.
All these fantastic facilities and more will be for the exclusive use of the 80 families that will make Atmosphere’s luxury villas in the sky their home.
Towering above the rapidly changing skyline of Kolkata, Atmosphere is guaranteed to place the City of Joy on the world architectural map. This kind of construction has never been attempted anywhere in the world.
