SANDHAR TECHNOLOGIES PATHREDI Company Information
General information
Sandhar started its journey in 1985 with Sheet Metal Stamping in Plot No. 3, Sector 18, Gurgaon with 12 employees.
It went on to gradually add automotive locks and mirrors to its product range. Realizing the need for better quality control over child parts and economies of scale; it further expanded into manufacturing mirror plates, zinc die casting, plastic injection moulding, dies & moulds and body colored paint shops.
Sandhar acquired Adeep Group in 2005, with this acquisition it added steel wheel rims & assemblies, handle bars, clutch and brake panels to its range.
Next was Tecfisa in 2007, a niche auto component supplier based in Barcelona, Spain. Today, this wholly owned subsidiary enjoys over 25% global market share of Aluminium die cast components for vehicle restraint systems and wiper systems.
Sandhar has signed two technical collaborations this year; one with Jingyoung Electro-Mechanics Co. Ltd. of South Korea for manufacturing relays and the second one with Lyssen Enterprises Co., Ltd, Taiwan for manufacturing instrument clusters, gauges and fuel senders. Production to start first at Gurgaon for all within 2013-2014.
Since its inception in 1985, the group has grown into a medium sized auto component supplier, having most of the Indian automotive OEM’s as its customer.
We at Sandhar always look for opportunities to acquire new technologies and advanced products to service our customers.
